Quick Beef Skillet

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 can (103/4 oz) Condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (about 15 oz) sliced potatoes, drained
1 can (about 8 oz) sliced carrots, drained

Directions:

1. Cook beef over medium high heat until golden brown, stirring to separate meat. Pour out the fat.

2. Add soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, potatoes, carrots and reduce to low and heat through.

Makes 4 servings
